I have submitted my receipt for Acuvue contacts rebate for the third time. I follow all the instructions and receive a message back that the receipt is unclear.

I received the same message last year when I purchased the same contacts. I also had to purchase this brand of contacts for my son and again received the same response. The PDF's of the receipts are completely legible.

I am sure the company does this so that you get frustrated and finally get disgusted enough to give up. I think the doctors office and Johnson & Johnson have taken advantage of their customers.

This should not be a difficult process, but they make it impossible. Next year I will look for a contact distributor that gives you the savings upfront and doesn't waste your time when there is no intention of providing you with a rebate.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Acuvue cheated me out of a $50 rebate this year. When I called they referred me to a number that places you on hold and never picks up.

I will never buy another Acuvue product. This rebate program is a total scam.
