ACUVUE - Rebate form did not go through the website
I was trying to submit the rebate form online. I entered all my information correctly and when I hit the submit button it said there is an error that is highlighted.
The part that was highlighted was the Product that I have purchased that is from the drop down menu 1-Day Acuvue. I can fix my personal information but I have no control of how they set up their website. Later I picked some other product from their drop down menu and still I got the same error. It seems they have blocked the Rebate form from getting submitted or perhaps website is down due to whatever reason during the weekend I don't know.
But it is super annoying that I have to call them. Why even have a website for rebate or promise people that they are going to give some money when they clearly are not, is what I can see after reading the reviews here.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $60.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
