When I purchased Acuvue lenses at Pearl Vision they promoted a rebate. When I applied for the rebate, Acuvue rejected the claim stating the 'Provider' information that I submitted did not match the receipt.
No matter how I entered the 'Provider', with the Dr. Name or Pearl Vision information. When I inquired with their customer service for direction on how to properly submit the claim, their response was "Our records show you have entered "Pearl Vision at Preston Park" as the doctor's name. Please log into your account and change the doctor name to the doctor seen to purchase the lenses." However, when I entered the Dr.
Name, they rejected the claim because the Doctor's name wasn't printed on the receipt. A complete run-a-round resulting in a rejection no matter how the claim was submitted.
